thinking of selling my shield

Hey, In my opinion I tyhink you need to stick with what you are comfortable carrying and shooting. I have said it on here several times. I do not like Glocks. I had one blow up in my face, lucky for my the only injury I sustained was a cut on the hand. I am leery about Glocks and do not like them. I hate the way they shoot, the way they feel in my hand and everything about them. I prefer to carry and shoot S&W revolvers and in semi auto's S&W and Sig Sauers. This is just a personal preference and what I grew up shooting. That being said If you are not comfortable with the gun sell it and get something you are comfortable shooting and carrying. If that is a Glock, CZ, SIG, S&W, Makarov...Well you get the idea...CARRY WHAT YOU LIKE AND WHAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH!!!!!

Thing is Im comfortable w any semi auto n I can get good w any brand. Or platform

I bought my Shield when they first came out. It was a great pistol and I did like it, but I bought it for pocket carry. I tried that out a few times and just didn't like it very much. I was fine with IWB carry with the P226 I regularly carry, so I saw no point in keeping a gun I bought solely to pocket carry. I sold it to my dad at cost and bought another 4506-1. That ended up replacing my P226 as it was probably a former cop gun, and my other 4506-1 is just too clean to carry. Do what you think is best and what will gain more utility to you.
