I used a hybrid holster for a bit and likely won’t get another. You don’t really get any of the pros of going with a complete leather or kydex holster. I found that with wear, the leather side formed and got looser and so it had too much “give” and the kydex side wouldn’t mold to it anymore so the fit got pretty loose. It wasn’t that specific holster or even that maker, but just my 2 cents

I have an Aliengear hybrid similar to the design of the holster above for my P365xl and I like it. The design gets the belt attachments away from the thickest part where the gun is (IMHO the biggest drawback of "summer special" style holsters), and everything that contacts your body is softer material. I also have similar holsters in all leather for other guns and they work well and are a little more flexible overall. I do like the rigid kydex/plastic for IWB with striker fired guns, and for re-holstering.
