Thread protector

Greetings,

I have a 15-22 and just bought a suppressor for it, I also plan to use it on my other 22 guns. I would like to get a thread protector for when I am not using the can on the 15-22. Threads are .600 long with a thread diameter of .450

Any recommendations?

1/2x28 is what you would be looking for. I bought 4-5 off off ebay a few months ago @ 5-6 bucks a piece.

These work really good as thread protectors too. Your rifle didn't come with one?

I just use the A1 flash hider that comes with the rifle and replace the crush washer with an o-ring. Works well and easy to time the other muzzle devices if necessary.
