threadless muzzleshroud + red dot/scope

hi everybody I have a 15/22 with the slidefire stock for the fun magdumps and controlled bursts and i use the reverse muzzle brake that increases recoil to help with the slidefire. I also love the look of the barrel shrouds but have been hesitant to get one because i will have to remove my muzzle break.
So the question is are there any muzzle shrouds that don't screw into the threads, possibly being secured by the dust cover or tightening around the barrel?
if not would it be possible to modify one into doing so?

as a side not can anyone point me towards a low end quality dual scope like the red dot mounted above a low magnification scope.
or even a red dot with a flip over magnifier
