With 22lr's your best bet is to try it and see if your rifle likes it. Someone could have great luck on here with it and you could have horrible luck. About the only 22lr I see consistently work is CCI mini mags.
This topic has been covered many times. Page 10 of your M&P15-22 manual specifically warns against using this ammunition. You can try it and see if it works for you. I have found it less than satisfactory in other 22LRs and won't use it in my 15-22.
It use to be a reasonably good ammo many MANY years ago. It got outsorced off shore and now it just plain SUCKS. FTL-FTE stovepipes, misfire's you name it. Lucky to get many to fire. I've even had trouble with single shot bolt action rifles. I refuse to buy it anymore. Nothing but problems. I refuse to buy it until it's made back in the USA and has some REAL QUALITY CONTROL>
I honestly have about 1000 rd of the tunderbolt, not the greatest ammo, very dirty but i have only had about a handful of FTF and FTE in about 500 rds. Not my go to ammo but will do fine on a range day just to blow through ammo.
