TIME WARNER ROADRUNNER EMAIL NOT WORKING

Anyone else around the country having email issues.
Our area has had ON/OFF issues the last couple weeks.

This is getting to be HIGHLY ANNOYING!!!!!

NO WAY will I consider supporting a merger between TIME WARNER and COMCAST.

I would be more supportive of a BREAKUP OF THESE COMPANIES.

Neither one seems to be Customer Friendly, and a merger won't make two poorly respected companies a better one.

RR E Mail Experiencing Technical Difficulties

If and when it loads I am unable to complete the deleting or other operation, just keeps on running until it states that an error has occurred. If you can get to their home page it will advise they are having difficulties with the mail and working to remedy it!
May I suggest you try G-Mail. Road Runner has never actually been a runner of any fame and cumbersome to use as compared, in my opinion!

I have a gmail account unfortunately I have things ordered and in shipment with the RR address for notifications.

Maybe time to switch addresses for doing commerce.

Right on! The slowest of everything I do on my puter is RR. It has been this way for years. (No clue why as MAIL is an in house operation) It also can take from a low of 15 seconds to a couple minutes to get to your inbox! Not much choice way up here in the boonies, we do have a phone internet tie in, but my friends that have it says it makes RR look good.

Time Warner Cable is the worst provider on the planet. Simply put they s***. Sorry you guys hit a nerve. If there were other options for service, I would certainly change. I only have a semi-smart phone so I don't surf on the phone. If I did I would need a big magnifying glass to see the little screen.

Yup.. my RR email is been flaky since Sunday.. Keeps telling me that my user name and password is wrong..

Then suddenly it " Pops" in and all is good for about an hour .. them off again.. GRRRRRRRRR

In Florida..

Thousands of Bright House and Time Warner customers across the United States today are reporting problems with the Road Runner e-mail system.
Road Runner is a high-speed internet service provided by Time Warner Cable and its partners, including Bright House Networks. The outage includes many customers in Central Florida whose e-mail suffix includes "cfl.rr.com."
Titusville businessman and civic leader Bobby XXXXXX said he first noticed his e-mail wasn't working Wednesday afternoon and the problem continued through today. He went to the Bright House office on Highway 50 about the situation and was told it was a nationwide problem with the Road Runner system.
"They have no idea when it might be fixed," Socks said he was told. "They said they have every resource working on it."
Socks said he receives about 125 e-mails a day and of those, about 10 are important for his business.
Bright House has issued a brief online statement to consumers about the Road Runner e-mail system but offered no indication when it might be fixed.
"We are experiencing issues with the mail system," the Bright House statement said. "We are working quickly to troubleshoot and restore access to your email. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience."
