the time ran out and the revolver is now for sale again, and for the last several days hasn't moved past the 5 hundred dollar mark.
I suspect that maybe some potential bidders might have tuned into the smith and Wesson forum, where it was observed that the not very attractive hand grips on the 45-2 are replacement grips.
the original grips were reportedly checkered walnut.
