Oh goodness. No wonder we ran away from home.No we're not unfortunately we have either 'straight-pull' guns that have no gas system and need to be manually cocked for each shot or interrupted cycle systems that have a gas system but they lock the bolt open after every shot, you then need to either press a lever or pull the trigger a second time to release the bolt for the next shot.
