Anybody have recommendations for a provider for Tirzepatide? Online reviews seem to be all over the map.

Also known as Monjaro. I was prescribed the drug. I took it for a month. The side effects proved to be more than I could handle. It definitely suppresses appetite.. I felt extremely full all the time. But...there's always a but. Having had esophopagel cancer in the past that was taken care of by ablation. ...I cannot abide acid reflux. I have only had acid reflux 2 times since having the ablations in 2016. After taking Monjaro I had it almost every day even while taking double my normal dose of Nexium. It also caused extreme constipation which my wife calls FOS. . The doc was not surprised by the later but was by the reflux but said it also was a noted side effect. Since quitting the monjaro the side effects have discontinued. One bout of esophageal cancer is enough. There are other side effects though. Talk wit the doctor.

Thanks. But I'm not really looking for advice about whether to take it, side effects, etc. Already talked to my doctor. He suggested I get it through an online program because my insurance won't cover it and through a regular pharmacy it's three times the cost. Really just wanting to know if people have had good or bad experiences with particular online providers in terms of consistent delivery, billing issues, etc.

See if Costplus pharmacy online carries it. I have a prescription that costs over $6,000 a month at regular pharmacy.
I pay $107.50 per month at Costplus.
$102.50 plus $5.00.
They list what they carry in an ever increasing online inventory.

Costplus is run by Mark Cubin.

Be very very careful. These are highly complex drugs with very difficult to manufacture "strings" of amino-acids including some unusual (ie non-regular) aminoacids and some extra lipid-like side-chains. No I am not repeating the mantra of pharma companies...suffice to say that almost 60 years of experience in using unusual amnoacids that though they look similar to the regular AAs they are not in terms of the chemistry and the purification systems necessary. That is why Novo Nordisk has multibillion dollar factories to produce these under very strict conditions.
There are a number of "so-called compounding pharmacies" that will try to sell "copies" of the GLP-1 approved drugs...they are not anywhere near the same to the genuine article. There are such pharmacies that can make relatively simple drugs, but these are NOT SIMPLE. Dave_n

biopeptitech.com/StayYoung This is the pharmacy we use. They are a DEA certified lab everything made in the USA. I’m down 20 pounds in 2 months and on the lowest dose of Semiglutide. I’m going to come off in month 3. They have great customer service and have guided me through the process. You can call the number on the website and speak with Andrew, he is the owner and has been super supportive.
It’s $120 for 5mg of Semiglutide (right now they have buy 2 get 1 free).
Or $140 for a 10mg vial for Tirzepatide.
I live in California and they ship direct to me, I also didn’t need a prescription or doctors appointment. Turnaround time is 1-2 days.

Amazon Pharmacy gets high praise for a lot of people

Just keep in mind that China produces a lot of drugs which are sold by on-line vendors.

I did some research on a particular anti-viral drug that is unable in the USA. My search found

CosmicNootropic - Buy Nootropics Online

I purchased what I wanted. The online purchase was excellent and the company appears to be very legit. I have not taken the drug, it was purchased as part of a prepping plan.

I am not familiar with Tirzepatide.

Try Universal Drugs. Canada, I have received medication from them, no problems. I do not know about your medication but it is brand as there are no generics

Thanks all. This is an old thread that somebody felt the need to resurrect with a non-responsive comment. My primary care ended up referring me to a local compounding pharmacy months ago.
