As soon as I told my friend the dog was not chipped, she let her dad know. He is a pitbull lover and currently dogless. retired, lives in the country.

THAT is the kind of home Tito needs, so guess where he is going tomorrow?

I'm glad too, because my Vietnamese friend said if I didn't find him a home, let him know so he could fire up his hotpot.
