Let me see if I understand this right?

Drunk guy.

Drunk guy driving a mower down a road.

Drunk guy driving a mower down the road with an open container.

Drunk guy driving a mower down the road with an open container towing shopping carts tied together as trailers.

Drunk guy driving a mower down the road with an open container towing shopping carts tied together as trailers gets pulled over buy cop and starts to mouth off at him and gets all stumble drunk so cop puts him down and cuffs him.

Way I see it:

Idiot - 0

These guys must do this as a hobby. There is another video out there with the same 2 characters only the drunk guy is driving a skyjack down the road while sitting on a 30 pack. Same dialogue but funny.
 
The duty belt is all wrong. Tqctics are just awful. The "patrol car" would be facing the wrong way to video the stop. This has to be a set up.
 
As much as I WISH it were real, I call FAKE....
It has a LSP badge number, but that ain't a LSP uniform....and it goes from there....
However, I wish I could see something like that going down the road, it would make a great training tape....
 
I would arrest this man and invoice those two bottles of beer that he has.:)
