I don't aim this comment to the entire law enforcement profession; just the guilty officer: If that McDonalds employee were my wife or child, that officer would currently have his service pistol crammed deeply in his rear orifice. I don't care how big and tough he is. There's no excuse for such behavior.

If he ever HAS to use his gun, he's going to be second guessed seven ways to sunset. Any time he draws his firearm, there's going to be a lawyer poised to plausibly question his judgement. Actually, if he ever has to use force of ANY kind, he's going to get hammered like a tent peg.
