If he ever HAS to use his gun, he's going to be second guessed seven ways to sunset. Any time he draws his firearm, there's going to be a lawyer poised to plausibly question his judgement. Actually, if he ever has to use force of ANY kind, he's going to get hammered like a tent peg.I don't aim this comment to the entire law enforcement profession; just the guilty officer: If that McDonalds employee were my wife or child, that officer would currently have his service pistol crammed deeply in his rear orifice. I don't care how big and tough he is. There's no excuse for such behavior.
