Took her....

.....to the range. When she has free time I try to take my wife to the range. Which isn't much. It requires both of us not haveing other stuff( kids) to do. So the latest trip was going to be about the Benelli 12g I recently bought at a gun show. First I let her see me shoot it. Then I put her thru a little training of the operation and safety mechanisms. Then I gave it to her with a 2&3/4 #8. She pulled trigger and said that wast bad. After couple more. And back And forth. I gVe it to her with a 3&1/2 hex shot BB size. Now she is bad about leaning back. The whole time I have been reminding her to lean forward a little. Well, this time I hadn't said anything yet. And before I knew it she was leaning back and had pulled the trigger. That thing rocked her world. The shotgun jumped outta her forehand. I couldn't help but laugh. Under my breath the best I could keep it to my self. Just had to share.

Ah yes, wives can be a lot of fun at the range... that is until they start out-shooting you!

Your lucky,my wife hates that I just got into guns. I shoot every weekend at gun range she'll never come, She's happy I'm outta the house for 2 hours, at least I can get my daughter to come she loves it, but I would never let her shoot a shot gun won't even let her shoot my Glock yet just my 22s. good luck to you with the wife shooting.
