Kahr CW.380 6+1

The Kahr has much better set of sights compared to the LCP.
Trigger pull, break and reset, beat the LCP by a landslide.
It is a little bigger and 2oz heavier than the LCP but actually carries better and prints less than the LCP because there is no magazine extension.
The grip was rather slick on the CW so a light stipple job was required.

Cost was the Ruger and 60 dollars out the door but all in all I am very happy with the change and consider it a step up from the little Ruger. For size comparison it is posing with my Glock 26. Hopefully I'll get to the range this weekend.

Nice photo; thanks.

I have to say that I love my LCP . . . but the Kahr seems like a much more solid piece of equipment.

Kahr 380

I sold my LCP and added $60 and purchased a Kahr CW380. If it is bigger I didn't notice, and it shoots like a big gun. It's my new back pocket BUG.

I went the opposite direction and sold my Kahr and got the LCP. I don't believe you can go wrong with either of them.

The LCP is a pocket gun so I would not compare the two. I think Ruger needs to do a little updating on the LCP like they did with the LC9.

Ruger did do an update to the LCP about a year ago. The sights moved up from microscopic to just really small, and they moved forward the point where the trigger breaks. There may have been other changes but these are the 2 that I am aware of.

Did not know this. Thanks for the info.
