Trigger stop on a Sigma?

Over on the KelTec forum they profess using a pencil eraser superglued to the back of the trigger guard as a trigger stop. The apparent advantage is in not having the trigger strike the trigger guard after the sear releases and thus preventing sight movement on release. My question is has anyone tried a trigger stop on the sigma?

This used to be a standard trick used by PPC shooters with revolvers. I've installed the eraser on a few guns myself over the years. Works good once you file the height "just right" No expereince with one on a sigma though.

Trigger stops are for target guns.
The Sigma is not a target gun.
The failure mode (if not exactly right) is that the gun will not fire.
Not cool for a defense gun.

Guess I should have mentioned that last night.. I agree, a trigger stop is for fine tuning accuracy. I would agree, It really has no place on weapon that will be used for self defence.
