triple k #191 vertical shoulder holster

Hi, S&W forum folks. Anyone have experience with this holster?? I am looking for something to carry a 6" 686 with a pack. I know you get what you pay for regarding leather, among other things, but this piece seems like a good value. Thanx for any input, tomas
