I was wondering if anyone has any experience with spray on truck bed liner on hard plastic grips. I am using Barami hip grips on a j frame and am considering giving them a coat to make them thicker and more tacky and not so slick. I would only apply to the outside surface, leaving the "clip" part of the grip slick for the same function and easy draw. Any thoughts on this? Anyone done anything like this with success? Thanks.

i've seen a glock frame sprayed in rhyno truck lining. amazing grip to that sucker. need a prybar just to take it out of your own hand haha

Thanks for the replies. The liner material is some interesting stuff. It wouldn't be much different than the standard grip that comes on 642's now as they are a very tacky black rubber. Choosing between benefits of slick grips for easy draw vs tackiness in hand, I tend to prefer a rubberized feel personally. Do you think I would lose function for comfort?
