Picked up this very clean 1966 vintage Model 18-2. It came with a set of Italian made target style thumb rest grips.......had a set of smooth Targets that look much better.

Someone smoothed off the trigger serrations and actually serrated the orange insert to match he rest of the ramp...

This was at 15 yards double action...did it twice in a row so I guess it is a keeper...

Second gun was traded to me for a tent...a friend recently acquired two 1969 vintage Model 51s...one was mint and the other carried a little...I wanted the carried one....still in nice shape...

Beautiful pair! I am super green. I have been looking for an affordable 22 mag revolver in Smith and Wesson. Enjoy

Just like a pair of aces, really nice to have. I have a Mod. 51 also, not in as good of condition. It is used frequently, especially by my wife for long range scaring squirrels. Up close she prefers her Rem. Nylon 66. You will enjoy those. I really like all 22s, especially 22 mags. Have more than I need(not really).

Really nice pair, SuperMan. I have had the .22 magnum S&W revolver on my want list for quite awhile...any model. Skip48

I have a bunch of Mags including a 4" and a 8 3/8" 48 both with extra Rimfire cylinders. Then there is the 17 with the extra Magnum cylinder and the 63 with the 651 cylinder....

That must have been more than your average pup tent you traded! Nice find(s.) :D

Well I should have said he got the tent and some cash....but he got the two guns for way under market as the dealer was a friend of ours and I put the dealer onto the deal where he got these two 51s as part of an estate package...Bob

Had thought about selling the 51 but the friend who sold me the gun came up with TWO Model 34 cylinders so they will be fitted when the Smith smith we use comes back from Florida in June....
