I stopped dealing with them years ago and gave my three Tylers to my sons. I found a few of the old Pachmayrs on line and figured out a very easy and positive way to get them to stop wiggling. I like them a lot better than the Tylers or BKs for the feel.
Tyler T Grip rules:
Pick which ones you want.
Order and send check.
You will not get any communication from them, nor will you be able to contact them.
You will know they received your order when your check has cleared.
Now wait a couple of months to 2+ years for your order to arrive.
If you don't like this, deal with BK. You will never think of Tyler sgain...
You'll get your T Grip eventually I got one I'd ordered so long back I forgot about it. When you do get it, you'll probably be disappointed. Modern T Grips aren't like old T Grips at all. They're not marked, for one thing.
The foolishness of actually trusting the frauds at Tyler's amazes me. Is the thing being metal instead of polymer really that important that you'll accept being defrauded of your money??
I ordered a Tyler grip for an N-frame back in 2018 and while it allegedly shipped, I never received it. I won't make the mistake of ordering from them ever again. Have dealt with BK since and will continue to- very happy with them.
I ordered 2 several months ago. No product in hand. Had I known about all these problems I would not have ordered from them. Now I guess I'll just wait in line. ZZzzz. Won't make the same mistake twice.
I'm not sure if I'm reading this convoluted "refund" policy right, but it sounds like they will only refund your money if they haven't shipped your item yet, and then they will keep the $8.75 shipping for the item they never shipped.
I will likewise offer this to anyone here - send me 45 bucks and I will send you back 37.50. It'll take a while though.
I ordered one from Robertson Trading Post the other day. Hopefully their service is okay...I wanted to try the BK one in black, but was turned off by PayPal as the only way to pay. I wont deal with Paypal if I can avoid it. They are anti gun.
I've had the same experiences as many others w/Tyler T and stopped doing business w/them. BK Grip Adapters, a member of this Forum if memory serves, makes a superior product and their customer service is top notch.
