Those of you who have read the thread "What are your expectations from custom makers" on the Defensive Carry forum will know that I had some issues with Nate (UBG) regarding my order. I received the holster today, and my first impressions are very positive. This is the exact holster I had for an M&P 9c 1.0 (3.5" barrel) that I used to have, and Nate assured me that it would fit the 2.0 with the 3.6" barrel. As you can see, the end of the barrel is right at the edge of the holster. This isn't ideal, but it's okay with me. The pistol is snug in the leather, and hopefully will remain that way. The snaps are TIGHT. One of them took all the force I could muster to unsnap it, so as much as possible, I'm just going to slide the holster onto my belt. The cant is 22or 24 degrees, according to Nate.
I am as impressed with the Regulator now as I was a few years ago. If you want a good quality holster at 2/3 or 1/2 the price of a lot of other leather holsters, and if you DON'T care about good customer service, time updates, or communication, check it out.
The holster is solid black, though the pics make it look brown.
