February. 2 feet of snow on the ground. 5 degrees outside. No indoor shooting range. New stuff on my 15 22. THIS BLOWS! Feel lucky if you live in a town with an indoor range. Just wanted to vent a little.

Yeah i do but i think my wife would punch me in the throat if i started shooting down there. Too bad too cause its 66ft long

You think you got it bad I have a Harley in the garage and got TWO new rifles for Christmas!!!
With all the snow we have and what's expected over the next two days its going to be some time before I get to play with any of them.

Not to rub salt in that wound but we are in the mid to upper 70's.:D If its any consolation , my spare mags might get delayed in shipping due to your snow.:(

I feel your pain. I live in Gatorville, and was planning on a shooting day at the outdoor range yesterday. Then i saw the temp had dropped into the 60s, and since I don't own a long sleeve shirt, I had to stay home. Life stinks sometimes.

Do you live in the Northeast?
I think you meant that for me, but quoted yourself by accident.
In any case, yes I live in Rochester, NY a couple of miles south of Lake Ontario.
Where lake effect snow is alive, well, and kicking butt, mine.

another Mainer

feeling your pain, sitting through this storm, got a radiant heater going out here in the office, but right hand still gets numb...pray the power doesn't go out, haven't showered yet, huddled around the wood stove...tumbling brass out in the garage, then sorting, counting and packing...I could be doing my taxes instead.

I hear ya buddy, I'm in Gray ME, and I still go to the range no matter the snow, I went a couple weeks ago with my dad and it was frigid, but he took his M&P 15-22 out anyway, he loves that thing.
YOur lucky cause i dont even have a range. Unless you call my backyard a range. Its a range of dog poop and fallin down trees.
