Ukraine Flips the Script

Putin would like it if a NATO nation directly attacked Russia. That would give him an excuse to use nuclear weapons on the west.

Ukraine can't become a NATO signatory while they are at war because that would then require NATO nations including the US to enter the war.

That's why NATO nations are providing weapons, ammunition, training, maintenance (outside of Ukraine territory), but haven't sent any forces in.

I can't help but wonder how the outcome would change
if a few other countries would make paths into Russia, with their own militaries?
