Yep. This is the one. The one that calls for the registration or grabbing of guns.

Rejected by the Senate 53-46. All 46 votes were straight democrat. Google it and get a list of these anti gun right senators and vote them out of office next time.

This falls under the "dead horse, beating there of" category.
The treaty doesn't affect domestic gun ownership or firearms sales, however, and can't override the Second Amendment. (The Snopes.com entry links to a U.S. Supreme Court case explaining why.) In fact, the preamble to the treaty includes language that specifically "Reaffirm(s) the sovereign right of any State to regulate and control conventional
arms exclusively within its territory, pursuant to its own legal or
constitutional system...."

You should be writing all your federal and state reps anyway. How can they lead you if they don't know which way you are going?
