I just finished reading the book, Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand and all I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!!! I have not seen the movie, but if Hollywood has any sense they would tell this story exactly as it is put forth in the book. This book is very inspiring. Not only an epic tail of Louis Zamperini, but of all those who served, and those who spent time as POWs. I could not put this book down. I have asked another person to see the move (I'm too cheap??) and then compare versions of this story. If you have both read and viewed this story, please post your thoughts here. I always am disappointed in how movies add to or change things to make more money. Thanks for your comments in advance.

I have not read the book but I have seen the movie. It's a good tale but Zamperini's life after the war is just a couple footnotes unlike his real postwar life. Joe
