Unearthed a 1076

Lucked onto a 1076 recently. The gun had the magazine safety and the caution legend on the slide and punch marks under the de-cocking lever. This gun has night sights. The number is TFE21XX with a neat property number stamped under the serial number. This gun has two "T"s on the butt and had 1911 grips when purchased. Haven't shot this handgun much since reloading bullets disappeared locally. So far, it runs good and is accurate. More when I can afford a letter.

I remember not to participate in this forum since do have ability to make pictures. Might suggest if you like pictures get "Playboy."

You can't go wrong with a 1076. It sounds like you have a 1076 bought by a police department, it should be interesting to find out which one. Enjoy your new gun and welcome to the forum.
