Red Nichols says it’s an early Brill and no one knows better than he does.

August Brill bought the Kluge Brothers Saddlery in 1912, Charles Kluge made the Brill holsters until he retired in 1932. Your holster was likely made by Charles Kluge. This information again is courtesy of Red Nichols.

It is good to know that the dividing line was 1932. I can assume that my
one and only Brill, acquired because of the generosity of turnerriver, was
made in 1935, my birth year, and made by Newt Rabensburg.
By the way, the beautiful Jay Scott grips
on my model 10 are made of genuine plastic.
