Update corrected letter-Model of 1903 Target 32 HE-

Doesn't change ship date as far as comparisons to near serial numbers state, so still should be around 1911. What do you suppose the chances would be for the factory to have a set of 1920s extension stocks laying around for near 38 years?

So the corrected letter arrived and show the ship date as February 10,1911. Other anomalies still unconfirmed. The gun originally shipped as blue. Mr. Parks indicated in his order to the service department that they change the finish from nickel to blue. They charged him for bluing, so I assume that the finish was in fact nickel at some point in the years between 1911 and 1926. There is no information available beyond what has already been shared, So, it was blue, went back in December of 1926 to have that work done. Six weeks later he was still waiting on the return of the revolver.

The gun went back again in 1958. I have no way of knowing when the frame was rebated. There is no mention of that in the 1927 rework. I may never know.
