US WOMAN TAKES SILVER IN TRAP

Local girl and family friend Kayle Browning won the Silver Medal earlier today in Tokyo. She was 9th after the first round, and had a slow start today but finished strong to take the Silver. There are no finer people than Kayle and her family.

I met Kayle and her dad a few weeks ago. They're good people.

When the kids were growing up we were on the ice five days a week doing short track etc.
Fast Eddie Alvarez was one of the kids.
Great families, along with Coach Bob, and I'm glad some of the kids stay in touch.
I mentioned to the Mayor, a few years ago, that we need a Long Track ice rink in South Florida.
