Ah, but then if you just slightly extend your thinking, you will understand that the concept of unions is an attitude of entitlement, and getting something without earning it. And THAT comes from the idea that an individual can do as he damn well pleases without consequence, but an ORGANIZED group of individuals with the same mindset can coerce business owners and management to get what they are "entitled" to.
