Not a big fan of the Ruger "Sixes", myself. However, they are built like a tank and can shoot. Below is a target that I have kept for a like time and is framed now. The SP101 belonged to a friend. It was a 2 inch .357 magnum. He complained it would not shoot well. I asked to try it and you can see the target below. Offered to buy it, but he declined after that.

I found this Security Six a few years back, hard to get in CA due to "the roster" but got it for a good price -



I got the grips from Numrich and they cost about $35.00 at the time. I'm guessing they're factory but not sure. If you like the old Cokes these are about the best I've held other than. Great feel and well made.
