I help a friend out in his small gun shop.A friend of his who I know bought an M&P40c from him and asked him to put his S&W40ve in the shop to sell to help offset the new purchase.He wants 240.00 for it.I think it would be a great bedside gun which is why I would buy it.Fair price?What do you guys think?Not something I have to have just want.By the way the gun is pretty much like new.No marks or scratches.I can buy a new one at dealer cost of only about 20.00 more but that would also mean tax on top of that.This would be a transfer only no tax private sale.

Twenty bucks plus the sales tax will get you a brand new gun vs. used?

For me, that would be a no-brainer...if I wanted that model.

Used is used...no matter how nice it is.
