Kinda weird to go from Florida to Cincinnati for a vacation, but all my family lives there.
I live in a super safe area, when I had my house built I never noticed that both sides of my patio door opened. The left side had been unlocked for 3 years.
Got to thinking about the way ammo prices have gone up, so I stuffed what guns I could into one of my safes "really just heavy duty metal storage cabinets bolted to the studs, slab, and to each other."
And stacked up all my 9mm and 556 ammo in the other one. Had to leave the other calibers in the closet. I figure even the modest amount of 9 and 556 would sell for enough to buy 2 or 3 really nice guns.
It's sad times when you gotta worry about your ammo as much as your guns.
