I would like some help with the value of a M625-3, with the box in 95% condition. It has a 5" barrel and is cal. 45ACP. They are asking $725. What do you all think? Thanks for any help. Don

About a month ago I got the itch to get a 625 acp myself. I found that the long colt and JM models are more available than the ACP model which is what I wanted. I researched the internet and found prices all over the place. Used ones on GunBroker where going for $700 to $785 plus shipping with some as high as $1000. Individuals on several forum sites where asking $775 to $900 for used ones. I did find two dealers who where selling new ones on the internet for $650, but they where out of stock and they couldn't tell when they would get another one in stock. I finally bought a 625-8 on GunBroker for $662. By the time I paid shipping and a transfer fee, my total cost was just over $700. Hope this helps. John

Thanks John for the info. I offered him a trade and he turned it down and sold it before I could make him a cash offer. There will be others. Don

The 5" model is currently out of production. This is making the used market prices increase with demand.
