Value of 37 Airweight NIB

Don't normally deal in the small frames but there is an absolutely NIB with all papers and tools (unopened) at one of the lgs. It is a no dash but didn't get the serial #. What would you let go for one of these? Thought I might latch onto it for trade fodder. $450 is price. Won't haggle either.

I'd grab it. That seems to be a good price. I have a 37-3 2" bbl. that I bought new in 2000 for $327.00.
