This is one of my 629-1 3 inchers that I have owned for almost 20 years and it has never been fired. I still have the box it came in. What kind of value does it have? A S&W rep told me that it was run for Elliot brothers in Texas. anyone know about that?

My uneducated guess is about $650.

If you had the original grips (wooden combats) it would be worth $750+.

If you click on a picture it will get bigger then click on it again and then finally hold your arrow on the picture until a box with four arrows shows in the bottom right corner and click on it and the picture will be full size. Nice gun you got.

On GB with good pics and lots of good words I hazard to guess you may fetch 800 + dollars in a 10 day auction.
But I would go 600 right now for you.
