I would also guess $550-$700
That's what the last two I've seen localy were marked..
They were both No Dash BTW
The 940-1 has a case hardened trigger were the 940ND has a flash chromed trigger
Not sure of any other changes made??
Does the one your looking at come with any Moon Clips??
I picked up another 940 two weeks ago now I have a Pair!!

Mine has case hardend trigger w2 clips paid $250.00.

Forgot condition very good not fired much at all was a chiefs gun no box or papers.

People are paying silly ($500+) prices on these quite frequently, but the ones I've seen in my area (Hartford, CT) have tended to sell for typical used stainless J-frame prices in the local gunshops...$300-350 range.

I'm on the lookout for one, but given the fact that the local shops have been consistently selling 940's and 940-1's for these prices, I'm waiting one out locally....definitely not paying the $500-600+ that I've seen them go for on the auction sites or forums.

So, answering your question: no more than $350 in the Hartford, CT area, but much more online...

I had to pay 500 for mine with no box or papers, It was like new with about 30 moon clips, I guess I just had to have it, It is a 940-1,
One just sold locally for 200, That would be theft in my area, Kills me I missed it, But so many good deals get missed by someone and gotten by another, It works out in the end.
Peter.
