I am looking to pick up an early 38/44 in the 39XXX range with orginal grips and about 85-90% most wear on the muzzle and and sharp edges. Any idea ?

What length barrel? original or refinish at 85-90%? where? these things can make a difference to what the market value can be on these. I paid $850 for a prewar 5 in. that was about an 80 to 85% original with the numbered original grips about 5 years ago. These older N frames don't come along often where I live.
