I would like opinions on values about a couple of guns. One is a model 60 from 1970 that I have an idea of the value the other is a Colt Scout nickle plated 22/22mag with 2 cylinders. I would give it at least 90% no flaking in the finish really looks new. I looked on GB but they didn't have one like it. My guess would be somewhere like $400. It would be appreciated if someone really knows. Thanks.

Is this a Frontier Scout? Do you have the serial number or at least is there a K at the end? Do you have original box? Sounds like wood (walnut) stocks? What is on left side of barrel?

This is my 1962 vintage Colt Scout.
K series at about 95%.
Out of all the Peacemaker/Scout production run
a little over 500K IIRC, this variation was only about
8%...40K or so.
No picture of yours so an estimation is difficult.
$400.00 would not touch this one.
They book at about $600.00 95-100%.
This Colt would lay down at $525.00 on a table
and would be sold by the end of the day.

Long ago sales are of little help, BUT; I had a blue, adjustable sight, 2 cylinders, plastic grip, excellent condition, box, papers and flat Colt screwdriver. From a dealer I got around $375 in late 80's-early 90's. Ivan

It is a K serial# from around 1971 or so. The left side of the barrel says Colt single action frontier scout 22 cal.

I would say at least $750 and with box $850.
