Does anyone know how to program and operate a Smith & Wesson Vera Vault?

Caught your request on a diffo site; don't know which you visit more often so i'll repeat here. Company website is amsecusa.com or u can email me at [email protected] & i'll reply with attachment. I bought brand new from safe dealer. was last/display model. said wasn't gonna handle anymore; company told me nla. also tried to order replacement gas strut for lid; can't get that either - model is an orphan!!!

VersaVault "key"

I bought a VersaVault handgun safe around 2008 and it's been okay, although the battery-operated opening system goes thru batteries quickly; so I've used the little column key to open. My problem: I have lost the key (with a handgun inside). Do you know where I can get one of these keys, or borrow one. They appear to be generic and I'm sure the key is the same for all of the safes.

contact a good safe man in your area.. he ought to be able to pick the lock or get you a key...
