Victory 22 ejection problems

4 yr old victory with 2-3 thousand rounds of cci mini mag hp run through it not a single failure. Ran 4 cci velocitators through and each one failed to eject. Went back to cci mini mags now each of these fail to eject. One shot only. Please help

Is the take down screw still nice and tight? Sometimes the ejector on these will get bent and need to be tweaked. Another thought, is the extractor still in place and moving freely?

Thanks, upon closer examination the entire extractor and spring are missing. S&W sending replacement. Great customer service
