I made a splurge, or bundle, or whatever, but the bottom line is I acquired 7 handguns the last couple weeks. I got a real nice Colt Army Special that I was looking for, but in my greed, I wanted to add a Victory to my stable. Ended up lowballing one and winning, and then buying another one. Turns out they are both have issues. I was going to post detailed pictures, but that would take too much film, LOL. Anyway, here goes.

#1. V16021. 38 Special 4" barrel. 38 cylinder with BMP crown markings and ENGLISH stamped on it. Both sides of frame hit so hard that all markings are gone to include S&W logo. Stocks are gouged or "weathered". Side of hammer is scrathed hard and cylinder release is loose, but screw tight. Hammer does not stay back on single action. Possible assembled wrong, IDK. Swivel hole plugged. 350 all in on this one.

#2. V530586. 38 S&W 5" barrel. Correct serial number on cylinder. Cylinder has been reamed for 38 Special on 5 and reamed all the way though on one. One hole will take a .357 magnum cartridge. Seeking volunteer to squeeze that one off. All markings (British ?) have been buffed off or in one case, ground off with a grinding wheel. Stocks are wrong. Has swivel. Functions properly. 525 all in on this one.

I live to far in the sticks to go look at these auction firearms, but will have to start attending more gun shows farther away.

Any other information or pictures upon request.

Carl
