Victory value?

I was at my FFL's last eve picking up my 1911PD. Guy comes in with a US Navy Victory in 96-97% condition, a couple scratches on the left sideplate, that was it. Original #'d stocks, 4 inch tube. What do you estimate this one is worth?
I may be able to get the serial # for the database.

I'd guess in the $500-600 range judging by what I see them selling for
