Yesterday, I finally had time to take the new rifle out for it's first real outing. I ran a lot of Federal bulk through it, and some Remington Subsonic and Winchester Subsonic. It took all of it like a champ. I took a little video of it suppressed with subsonic ammunition. All in all, I'm really happy with it.

Not one. In the video you can see it runs like a champ. The suppressor does give it a bit more back pressure to cycle the action so that may have helped. I did not shoot any of the subsonic ammunition with the suppressor off the gun. So far I have found the gun to be 100% reliable other then 2 bad rounds I had with the Remington, which is common with that ammunition.

DUDE!!!! That was Awesome! Like the entire sound of the round going off is completely suppressed. Yes i could have figured that myself but seeing and barely hearing it was really cool.

Looks like the gun runs good too, even better!

point: I wanna suppressor
Just think, you could like totally sneak up on a pack of cans and blast em, then turn, wave at the neighbor, and resume shooting!!

soooooo excited. my barrel is out for threading and the ATF is working on approving my outback II.

wow is all i can say. unreal that all you can hear is the action. fantastic!

ETA: would you be so kind as to shoot some video of the outback with regular .22 rounds and some high velocity rounds for comparison?

Below are some videos a guy did on YouTube of that same comparison but he had an AAC suppressor (which are really nice by the way). If I can make it out next weekend I'll try take some video with Federal bulk. Basically, it's the same thing but you hear the sonic crack.

Note in those videos with the hv rounds there is nothing close to him for the sonic boom to bounce off of... if he was standing in a road way with trees on both sides it would sound a lot louder... down fall to a 16 inch barrel and hv rds is its going to break the sound barrier the sonic crack that is heard if you are near let's say a building or wall is almost as loud as the gun unsuppressed not as loud but close.. about the same as sub rds without a can
