Views on Black Hills 124 gr. JHP

Folks, I recently purchased some of this Black Hills 9mm 124 gr. JHP. I have never used Black Hills before - I would be grateful for opinions from those experienced with it. Thanks!

Black Hills makes high quality ammo.

But, I haven't seen any tests with that bullet, nor have I read any reports on its accuracy or effectiveness.

Black Hills is good stuff. It used to be loaded with Hornady XTP, one of the first bullets to pass the FBI requirements when they first came out. As I understand it, they went to the XTP when Speer would no longer sell them Gold Dots.

I bought over 1000 rounds before the current craziness, so I haven't seen any new production. I can't comment on whether or not they still use the XTP.
