So, I've acquired an old AR-180 with the original Armalite branded scope. I believe it was actually made by Hakko back then. Anyways, the vertical adjustment works fine, the horizontal doesn't adjust. Does anyone repair these old scopes? This isn't a question of replacement for something better, this rifle has been in the family since new and would like to keep it as it was and still be usable.

Anybody have any suggestions or thoughts?

Mods - if this belongs somewhere else, I apologize and please relocate. I didn't think it belonged in the smithing section.

If you want I can try and get ahold of my friend randy, he's been working with armalite since 88, I'm sure he could point you in the right direction, or give you some decent insight.
