Just a little story that shows some company's still have great customer service. Last Sunday I ordered 2 grips from VZ Grips for a L frame and a N frame. They both shipped out very early Tuesday using USPS Priority and tracking said the would be delivered Wednesday the 10th. Didn't happen. There was no update on the USPS web site. Thursday came then Friday still no grips. I stayed in contact with VZ and they answered all my emails and never gave me the runaround. Monday morning I get a email notice from the USPS stating my package was delayed and would be delivered that day. I was just happy that it wasn't stolen or lost. I got a big surprise when I opened the mail box. The package was destroyed and half open. Looked like it was left out in the weather and run over with a truck. I opened the package only to find 1 grip but at least it was not broken other then the screw was bent and the furrell was pushed out. I sent pictures to VZ and told them what I had. They said don't worry tomorrow they will send me another grip for the one that was lost along with a furrell and grip screw for the other. Plus this one will be going UPS. To me this is great customer service and they will be getting more business from me.
