Eric,in the city that I live in those Remingtons .357 125 sjhps are $44.99 per 100. I get them elsewhere at the other gunshop I freqent alot for 1% above wholsale because,I work with the owner of the gunshop. rz625-8 Otherwise,I shoot these thru my 686+s in a 4 inch barrel and the work just fine. I also shoot them thru my Rugers in .357 to.

Outside of blazer, Win white box, Sellior&Beloit, etc most Higher end ammo burns pretty clean and functions as expected. And truthfully most of the cheaper stuff functions fine too, you just have to clean your gun more, and I tend to be pretty lazy about that.

It's the same as the Express load, R357M1, except it doesn't have a nickeled case or flash suppressed powder. It may be dirtier (I don't know or care, it's not like it fouls like black powder), but you keep your weapon clean right?

It's not as swanky as the Express ammo, but it is an excellent self defense load featuring one of the old tech SJHPs from back in the late 70s that the .357 magnum's fierce reputation was built on.

This is the load (or equivalent) that has the highest statistical stopping power of any handgun cartridge in documented real-world use. It is also the load you want to use sparingly in K frame .357s for the gun's sake, and in J frame .357s for your sake :)

Ditto. Avoid this load in model 19, the K 357, or you will eventually damage the forcing cone.
