CAN'T FIND IT NOW OF COURSE.

Out of breath from searching for my 1 Becker Bros album on vinyl. It probly sold well under 1 million copies. He will be missed.

Saw them in one of their rare live appearances in 72 or 73 in Maryland-(Shady Grove music Fair-no longer there) wow-a unique talent, these 2, out of the big apple.

For those like me who might not remember everything they know, he was the co-founder of Steely Dan. Now you don't have to search. :D

Thanks. I wondered if he was a famous WW II German fighter pilot until I saw he was just 67.

I don't listen to Steely Dan music.

Very sad to hear this. Steely Dan has been one of my favorite bands ever since I first heard them. They toured just last year and I really wanted to see them(Steve Winwood was also on the tour), but I couldn't get the time off.
They made great music, nothing like some of the **** out there today. Rock, jazz, blues fusion. It makes me sad, everytime some kid pulls up next to me on the road and he's playing some foul mouthed rap music.

Sorry about my choice of words. Just for the record, I used the "c" word, not the "s" word.
