I just completed the same project on 64-5. I bought a hammer & trigger set on eBay that were for a model 64 that were flash chromed and they worked perfectly. As I recall I paid about $78.00 which included shipping. I had the same problem with the nose piece (firing pin) but just opened up the bushing a tad and was good to go.
I would think that most K frame parts of the same era should work. Good luck.
