want to switch my Pro Series fiber optic sights for Novak NS

Has anyone replaced the red FO sights? I am looking to replace them with Novak night sights. How easy is this to do????

They aren't pinned, so a sight pusher is all you need.
I would stay away from the vice / punch / hammer method.
